Where's Childcare?

Childcare in Canada is always a stressful time for parents. There are so many barriers that allow a smooth transition from leave to back to work, leaving many parents in a scramble. Oxfam recognized this and teamed up with Child Care Now and the Child Care Resource and Research Unit to help lead parents to take action.
